Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of one half the entire stay (minimum one night in full).
Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Adobe and Stars is a nonsmoking inn.
Cancellation Policy:
Standard Room Rate Bookings:
- If notified 30 days or more prior to arrival date, 80% of deposit is refunded.
- Guests who cancel within 30 days (or less) of arrival forfeit the entire cost of their stay (both deposit and balance) unless we are able to fully rebook the room. Partial refund will be made for a partial rebooking. Credit for a future "off-season" stay will be given at owners discretion.
- Large bookings require a 90 or more days cancellation period at innkeeper's discretion.
Specials and Discounted Room Rate Booking:
- Specials and discounted rates will be honored only if requested at the time of making reservations.

Check-in is from 4-6 pm. Guests arriving late should let us know upon making reservation. Check-out is 11 am.
Rates: Ask about special mid-week and commercial rates. All rates are double occupancy (plus $30.00 for additional person) and includes breakfast and evening refreshments. State and local taxes will be added to your bill. Two nights minimum over Saturday on holiday weekends. MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover accepted.
